La covariación como elemento de resignificación de la función logaritmo

Resumen
En este artículo se discute la noción de covariación como argumento para el enriquecimiento del significado escolar de la función logaritmo. Esta afirmación haya sustento en la hipótesis epistemológica presentada en Ferrari (2003) respecto a que, el diseño de situaciones de aprendizaje que involucren la covariación de las progresiones aritmética y geométrica podría generar una apropiación más robusta de la noción logaritmo. Se presenta entonces una breve reflexión sobre un ejemplo que se está desarrollando en torno de la función logaritmo enmarcado en la aproximación socioepistemológica.
