Resumen
Los cursos pedagógicos y matemáticos incluidos en la formación inicial de docentes de matemática, así como las experiencias a las que éstos son expuestos, carecen de elementos integradores que permitan al futuro docente la construcción, revisión y modificación de sus ideas y conceptos como parte de su proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La construcción de conocimiento pedagógico del contenido como complemento a la construcción de conocimientos pedagógicos, surge como posible respuesta a estas carencias. Este artículo tiene como propósito, dar a conocer y destacar aquellos aspectos teóricos y prácticos que han brindado, de una u otra manera, un aporte significativo al desarrollo de conocimientos y experiencias en la formación de docentes de matemática.
